Any plans for the Customer/VR being a girl? My wife would like to be "in the scene" where she is in another girls body. All the VR's are for guys. The customer base is mainly straight males (although there's quite a bit for lesbians here as well), where their revenue keeping them afloat mainly comes from, but I agree it's good to have some variety for subscribers to share with others they know who are not straight males, like their wives, girlfriends, etc. mainly, who wouldn't get a subscription on their own.
I've subscribed to almost ten VR sites now, and a few of them did have 2 or 3 token female POV scenes. They were extremely vanilla when I previewed one or two, with a dude being like "How was your day at work, honey?" followed by a bunch of mellow, slow thrusting, which was cute.
Obviously for gay and trans stuff you probably want a totally separate partner site for that like how VR Bangers does, except I think it might be possible to combine the gay and trans stuff into one site instead of separating them. I dunno if that would bother people in those communities or not or somehow make that less profitable. For people who want both, I guess they could offer different types of BOGO promos or whatever. However, I don't think they have the resources to scale that to a profitable level yet.
I think for porn for women, the best way would be to start with lesbian POV stuff here, then start having a few women taking dicks from the female POV, then once there's enough content, possibly use it to start its own separate site and scale from there.
Eventually they might have to be like Pornbox or other larger sites, where they just combine everything into one site, but they allow you to sexually segregate (so evil) your feeds via filters, which even let you filter for specific fetishes (piss, force play, enemas, etc., which some users love and some hate), but more importantly, have a straight male section (straight male POV + lesbian), porn for women section (straight female POV + lesbian; maybe separate them; not sure), a gay section, a trans section, a bi section (trans females mainly; I guess trans men could go in the first two sections for straight men and for bi-women), etc.
So it would be like the flat Kink site where they first ask you your orientation, and that way you don't have a huge wall of dudes taking it in the ass if that's not what you want to see, or if you're a lesbian you won't see a huge wall of dicks period, etc.
Honestly, the gay stuff is probably the most profitable out of all those, but that's only because no one in the world has ever come up with a type of porn that resonates with women as deeply as straight male porn resonates with men.

If the developed world can't even replace its population without the help of the (in relative terms) more conservative, patriarchal, religious, anti-promiscuity developing world, then the developed world doesn't even have a valid model of human existence to begin with.
How are we supposed to raise the developing worlds' living standards to ours, if doing so will make it so they also run out of people to replace their populations with, until eventually the entire species collapses and goes extinct? Clearly, no one has thought out this system of international capitalism very well; it sort of just came about naturally and we have to clean up all the externalities (like human extinction and multiple AI singularities from San Francisco and Shenzhen).
The solution, is of course, simple. Indoctrinate women into penis addiction using VR porn that they schlick their bean to while smoking non-addictive legal drugs. It's just that simple. Save the world, guys.

Maybe the path of least resistance would be to just partner with an existing profitable porn-for-women site, and then provide them with a few scenes long-term (also offered on this site) to round out their catalogues by filling in a few kink niches for them, like rough and/or dark stuff, rope & device play, pissing, enemas, etc., which those more normie sites wouldn't produce on their own.
