You could open up entire new brackets of customers with that kind of compression technology, annihilating your competitors in growth indicators for a good while until they catch on and just do the same thing. Clearly this is the devil's work. Hail Stan.
Since VR takes up so much space, they're frequent and top-prioritized targets for deletion in order to clear up space. A file like this is so small, its chances of surviving such a purge are markedly higher. A memento for them to remind you by, even after all your way better but unfortunately gigantic file size competitor scenes have been purged from Dave in Accounting's personal entertainment file cache.
